连续逆流超声提取控制系统的设计

【摘要】 生物连续逆流超声提取是一个复杂的工艺流程,生产过程中各环节紧密相连,各阶段需要协调控制,传统的控制方法不能保证有效成分的提取效率和较高的系统自动化水平要求。通过分析连续逆流超声提取工艺流程及设备特点,针对具有强干扰强时滞的提取过程,采用了模糊串级和比值控制策略,结合PLC控制技术、工业以太网技术和Win CC组态技术,完成了控制系统的优化设计。测试表明所设计的控制系统满足了连续逆流超声提取工艺的要求,运行稳定,有效克服了生产过程中的干扰和时滞,提高了生物提取效率。

【Abstract】 Continuous counter-current ultrasonic extraction of the biology is a complex process, every principal mechanism is linked closely. Various stages need coordinated control. Traditional control methods can’t ensure the extraction efficiency of the effective constituent and the requirement of automatic production. By analyzing the specialty of continuous counter-current ultrasonic extraction process and equipment, the article finished the control system design by adopting the strategy of fuzzy cascaded control and ratio control, and combining the technology of PLC, the industrial Ethernet and Win CC configuration based on continuous counter-current ultrasonic extraction with the strong interference and the strong delay. After testing, it is shown that the control system satisfies the requirement of the extraction process absolutely, overcomes the disturbance and delay effectively, and raises the efficiency greatly.
