【摘要】 中东铁路工业遗产具有复杂的特征,价值评价指标体系的建立需要综合的、定性和定量相结合的方法。其指标的选取和优化,需要对中东铁路工业遗产整体特征进行分析,同时秉持系统性、借鉴性、科学性、方向性的原则,对文献中价值评价指标的频次进行分析,依据SPSS软件分析,通过调查问卷数据的获取和后续的计量分析,对指标进行优化,从而建立完整、准确的价值评价指标体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Chinese Eastern Railway(CER) industrial heritage has the complex characteristics and its value evaluation index system establishment needs a comprehensive, qualitative and quantitative methods. The selection and optimization of value evaluation indexes must analyze the whole characteristics of the CER industrial heritage.
