车载控制器浪涌抑制技术研究

【摘要】 车载控制器电源部分的可靠设计是保证控制器正常工作的关键;其中,车辆电气环境中沿电源线的瞬变传导骚扰是造成车载控制器失效的一个重要原因;为了实现对车载控制器电源部分瞬态传导干扰的抑制,同时通过国际标准ISO 7637-2《道路车辆——由传导和耦合引起的电骚扰:第2部分沿电源线的电瞬态干扰》的测试,对车载控制器浪涌抑制及电源保护的几类常用设计电路进行了研究,比较了各自的优缺点,再结合ISO 7637-2的测试经验,提出了一种简单可靠的浪涌抑制电路的综合性设计方案;试验证明该电路设计能够完全通过ISO 7637-2的测试,特别是能够连续通过5a测试脉冲,具有良好的浪涌抑制性能及很高的可靠性,与设计要求相吻合,可以广泛地应用于车载控制器的电源保护和浪涌抑制上。

【Abstract】 The reliable design of vehicle-mounted controller power supply is the key to guarantee the normal operating of the controller.Among them,Electrical transient conduction along supply lines is an important reason for the failure of the vehicle controller.In order to restrain the Electrical transient conduction of vehicle-controller power supply and pass the international standard ISO 7637-2"Road vehicles-Electrical disturbances from conduction and coupling-Part 2:Electrical transient conduction along supply lines only",several kinds of circuit design about vehicle-mounted controller surge suppression and protection are studied.Besides,their advantages and disadvantages are compared.a simple and reliable circuit design is put forward combined with experience in test.Experiments validate the circuit can completely meet requirements of the test and especially can pass through 5atest pulse continuously.With good performance and high reliability of surge suppression,the circuit meets the design requirements,which means it can be widely applied to the power supply protection and surge suppression of vehicle controller.
