免费师范生就业政策实施10周年追踪研究——以东北师范大学五届免费师范生为例
The Follow-up Study of the Implementation of the Employment Policy of Free Normal University Students on the 10th Anniversary——A Case Study of Graduates from the Northeast Normal University in Five Consecutive Years
【摘要】 以东北师范大学连续五届免费师范毕业生为研究对象,对免费师范生就业政策执行10年成效实证分析显示,五届学生就业总体状况良好,就业政策整体达成度高,就业品牌效应确立;各级政府就业政策执行成效明显,就业政策落实良好,就业举措切实有效;五届学生对就业政策整体满意度高,"政策完善"和"各方保障"问题有待精细精准。建设高素质专业化创新型教师队伍,须落实立德树人根本任务,营造尊师重教良好氛围;完善免费师范生政策,深化教师教育体制改革;优化免费师范生培养方案,明确职业发展阶段重点。
【Abstract】 Taking the free normal university students graduated from the Northeast Normal University in fiveconsecutive years as the research objects,the empirical analysis of the 10-year results of the implementation of theemployment policy of free normal university students are as follows:the overall employment situation of the graduates isgood,the overall achievement of employment policy is high,and the brand effect of employment is established. Theimplementation of employment policies at all levels of government has achieved remarkable results,the employmentpolicies are well implemented and the employment measures are effective. The overall satisfaction with the employmentpolicy of the graduates is high. However,the "policy improvement" and "all sides protection" need to be refined andprecisely perfected. The following several aspects should be achieved in building high-quality professional innovativeteachers:implementing the fundamental task of cultivating persons by setting high moral values,creating a goodatmosphere of respecting teachers and giving great value to education,perfecting the free education policy for normaluniversity students,deepening the reform of teacher education system,optimizing the training programs for free normaluniversity students and clarifying the focuses of career development at different stages.
