【摘要】 2015年9月28至30日,联合国教科文组织在墨西哥城召开第二届学习型城市国际大会,大会通过的《可持续学习型城市墨西哥城声明》传达了可持续学习型城市概念的意涵:通过全球、全民和全面的终身学习来获得城市经济、社会和环境的可持续发展,并达成学习型城市建设过程本身的可持续性。《声明》明确了学习型城市在经济可持续、社会可持续、环境可持续方面的十个战略方向。以经济为中心的学习型城市观曾经具有革命性的意义。新定义的学习型城市观,用更为广阔、多维的社会视角来定义可持续发展的内涵,使个人发展、社会融合和文化繁荣的重要性并行于经济发展的可持续性,"全球"、"全民"和"全面"的核心理念得以张扬。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 28 th to 30 th,September,2015,the second session of International Conference on Learning Citieswas held in Mexico City by UNESCO.The Mexico City Statement on Sustainable Learning Cities has conveyed theconnation of sustainable learning cities,which means to achieve the sustainable development of economy,society andenvironment of cities by global,universal and comprehensive life-long learning,and the sustainability of the process ofconstructing learning cities should also be achieved.The Statement has specified the 10 strategic directions of thesustainability in economy,society and environment.Although the former concept of learning cities with economy as thecenter has been revolutionary,the newly defined learning cities aims to define connotation of sustainable developmentwith more broad and multi-dimensional aspects,so as to achieve the parallel sustainable development of economy withindividuality,social integration and cultural prosperity,and make widely known the core ideas of "global","universal" and "comprehensive".更多还原
