【摘要】 目的探讨应用单荷包波浪状缝合四点牵引改良PPH术治疗重度痔的效果。方法分析128例重度痔患者应用单荷包波浪状缝合四点牵引改良PPH术治疗的临床资料及随访结果。结果 128例患者均一次吻合成功,术中未出现1例粘膜下层血肿形成病例,术后脱出的痔核均完全回纳,经随访未出现复发病例,无一例外痔残留。结论单荷包波浪状缝合四点牵引改良PPH术治疗重度痔操作简单,并发症少,疗效可靠,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of reformed PPH with single wave-like purse string suture and 4 point’s pull on severehemorrhoids. Methods An analysis was made to the clinical data and the follow-up of 128 cases with severe hemorrhoids treated by reformed PPH. Results The operations in the 128 cases were all successful with only one anastomosis, no case with submucosal hematoma was found in operation and complete reduction of hemorrhoid prolapsus was gained in all the cases after operation; follow-up showed no case of reoccurrence and no case with residual of external hemorrhoids. Conclusions Reformed PPH with single wave-like purse string suture and 4 point’s pull is of simple operation, less complications and reliable curative effect, it is worthy of wide clinical application.更多还原
