【摘要】 目的探讨体重因素对儿童哮喘持续状态治疗的影响,从而指导临床对肥胖患儿哮喘持续状态的治疗及其预后的判断。方法收集72例哮喘危重状态的住院患儿,根据体质指数将患儿分为肥胖组和非肥胖组,收集性别,年龄激素用药总量,住院天数,雾化次数,呼吸衰竭例数及住院天数数据。结果肥胖组与非肥胖组性别及年龄无统计学差异,但在激素用药总量,住院天数,雾化次数,呼吸衰竭例数及皆有差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肥胖患儿出现哮喘危重状态时,病情更严重,治疗更困难。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the impact of body weight on the treatment of critical asthma children so as to provide clinical guidance and to make the prognosis. Methods 72 critical asthma children were divided, according to their body weight, into 2 groups:obesity group and non-obesity group; information collection was made of sex, age, total dose of hormone, days of hospitalization, times of atomization per day and the occurrence of respiratory failure. Results There existed no statistical difference in sex and age between the 2 groups but a statistical difference in total dose of hormone, days of hospitalization, times of atomization per day and the occurrence of respiratory failure between the 2 groups(P<0.01). Conclusions The situation will be more dangerous in critical asthma children of obesity and the treatment will be more difficult.更多还原
