【Abstract】 In this paper, the author first talks about the present situation of senior high school students’ pragmatic competence. Then the author analyzes the feasibilities of cultivating their pragmatic competence based on reading-to-write approach. Taking Festivals Around the World as an example, the author finally gives some strategies of training students’ pragmatic competence based on reading-to-write approach. These strategies are instilment of cultural knowledge, enlargement of reading resources and creation of situational context.更多还原
