【摘要】 高校作为社会主义精神文明建设的重要阵地,其在人才培养方面担负着重要作用,而高校基层党组织在高校功能发挥的过程中,发挥着战斗堡垒的作用。近年来,随着高校教育改革步伐的加快,以及在新时期下,来自国内外的一些新的挑战,给高校党建工作带来了新的问题和挑战。在目前严峻的形势下,高校党建工作者需要改进基层支部建设的方法,并结合学科建设,促进教工和学生党支部的共建,创新组织活动方案,利用新媒体技术不断提高党建工作的效率,改进对广大教工以及学生党员的教育管理工作,提高党建工作的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Universities are important positions for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, they play an critical role in personal cultivation. The basic party organization was of paramount importance in the functional performance of universities. In recent years, the acceleration of educational reform in universities and some new challenges from domestic and overseas brings many problems to the building of basic party organization. Under this new serious situation, the builders of basic organization in universities have to combine the construction of subject and organization, utilize some new medias to modify methods and improve their working efficiency.更多还原
