【摘要】 我国正处在产业升级的关键阶段,与此相适应的人才培养显得尤为迫切。高职院校正在为国家培养出数以千万的高素质技术技能型人才,而高职学生学习力已经成为技术技能型人才适应产业升级的重要素质,本文旨在探究产业升级背景下企业对高职院校学生学习力的要求,及如何提高高职学生学习力以适应产业升级的措施。指出可通过深化教学改革,加强校企合作、增加实践教学、利用网络资源;优化教师队伍,实行教师轮流顶岗企业学习、加强教师科研水平、增强师生交流及规范学生学习行为等方面来提高学生的学习力,以适应产业升级对人才的创新能力、可持续发展能力、终身学习能力的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our nation is in the key stage of industrial upgrading, which makes the talent cultivation become particularly urgent. Higher Vocational Educational Institutes are cultivating millions of high quality technical skilled talents for the nation, and their learning ability has been playing an important role for the skilled talents to adapt to the industrial upgrading. This paper aims to investigate the requirement of the enterprises for the learning ability of higher vocational students under the industrial upgrading background, and how to improve such ability to adapt to the industrial upgrading. It is found that the requirements of industrial upgrading for talent’s innovation ability, sustainable development ability and life-long learning ability can be met by strengthening the students’ learning ability, which can be achieved by deepening teaching reform, strengthening universityenterprise cooperation, increasing practice teaching, utilizing network resources; optimizing teaching staff, carrying careeroriented study for teachers in turn, strengthening scientific research ability of teacher, enhancing the communication between teachers and students and regulating the students’ learning process.更多还原
