【摘要】 高校文科实验室作为文科实践教学的重要载体,在高校实验室建设中发挥着举足轻重的作用,对大学生人文素质养成、"大文科"实验平台建设、文科实验室协同创新具有重要的意义。高校文科实验室存在着人才队伍建设差异突出、跨专业文科综合实验室建设发展滞后、文科实验室平台资源共享力度不够、国家级实验教学示范中心分布不均等问题。促进文科实验室研究人员观念的转变,建立合理的评价考核机制和激励措施,突出文科实验室学科特色和区域优势是破解高校文科实验室发展瓶颈的应有之道。更多还原

【Abstract】 The art laboratory,as the important carrier of liberal arts teaching practice in universities,plays a pivotal role in the laboratory construction.It is very important to cultivate college students’ humanistic quality,construct experiment platform of "Brand Art Science" and laboratory’s collaborative and Innovation.But it is insufficient,such as differences in outstanding talent team construction,construction and development lags of cross major arts comprehensive laboratory,not enough resources sharing of liberal arts laboratory platform and distribution of national experimental teaching demonstration center.Break the developing bottleneck of the art laboratory,through promoting researchers’ conceptual change in the art laboratory,establishing reasonable evaluation mechanism and the incentive measures,and highlight the characteristics of the art laboratory subjects and regional advantage,that can be realized.更多还原
