【Abstract】 Massive open online courses(MOOCs)is one of the emerging technologies in the field of online education in this digital era,and it offers free and high-quality online courses from the top universities in the world to learner without space,time,and region limit.The quality of counselors have been affected by the limitation of hardware and software and long-term running mode of junior college,which is difficult to accommodate the needs of the healthy growth of students and the development of the colleges themselves after their promotion.The newly-promoted undergraduate colleges can make full use of the advantage of MOOCs with free and high-quality online courses,with the aid of MOOCs technology platform,in order to strengthen the construction of counselor team.更多还原
