【摘要】 【目的】探讨我国学术期刊实现有效同行评议的策略。【方法】针对我国期刊同行评议的现状和存在的问题,参考国外期刊的先进经验和方法,从顶层设计出发,探讨我国学术期刊在改善同行评议制度中可采取的措施。【结果】提出加强政策的支持和鼓励,完善评审专家队伍,优化审稿方式和健全评价与反馈制度,提高学术出版质量的具体方法。【结论】上述四步措施有助于实现同行评议在学术监督与把关中的有效作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purposes]This paper aims to explore the strategies to achieve the effective peer review. [Methods]Based on advanced experience and measures taken by foreign journals,the problems existing in peer reviewof academics journals published in China were analyzed and improvement measures from the top level design were put forward. [Findings]Concrete measures include policy support and protection,comprehensive evaluation experts teams,optimized reviewpatterns and sound evaluation and feedback systems. [Conclusions] Four kinds of measures mentioned above contribute to implementing the effective role of peer reviewin academic supervision and checks.更多还原
