【Abstract】 By the author’s experiences worked in the filed for long time,this paper discuss the election,education and training,encourage and reward to the class leaders. It is the most reasonable method to engender the class leaders by election of classmates connected with the teacher’s wish. "Two meeting system" is the effective method for teacher to know and mastery the class. Encourage and reward is necessary to raise the working activities of class leaders.更多还原
