【摘要】 本论文根据小范围班级导师制的实施情况,在问卷调查的基础上,对导师制实施的必要性及实施过程中存在的问题进行剖析。结果表明,小范围内班导师制实施效果良好,超过95%的学生认可该教学模式。调查认为,该教学模式在低年级学生中推行效果更佳,合理的师生比是其实施的关键,而恰当的奖惩措施是该模式顺利推进的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the implementation of tutorial system in a class and the questionnaire survey,we discuss the necessity of tutorial system and the existing problems. The results show that the effect of class tutorial system is good,and more than 95% students support this teaching mode. This teaching mode would be better to implement on low grade students. R easonable teacher-student ratio and appropriate incentive measures are important to carry out the teaching mode smoothly.更多还原
