【摘要】 为实施高等农业院校双语教学实践和茶学拔尖创新型人才的培养,茶学专业2002年开始了茶叶加工学课程的双语教学。文章介绍了茶叶加工学课程在茶学专业主干课程中的地位、双语教学的宗旨,以及教学过程中所遇到的问题和采取的措施;介绍了新常态下茶学创新班茶叶加工学(双语)课程教改方案、教学方法和课程考核评估等教改内容,期望通过教改实现新形势下该课程双语教学的新突破。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the implementation of bilingual teaching practice in agricultural universities or colleges and tea science cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,tea specialty coursed bilingual teaching of tea processing in 2002.
