拔尖创新人才培养导向下教学新模式探索——以我校化环生学部创新实验班课程“绿色化学前沿技术”为例

【摘要】 拔尖创新人才的培养是提升国家核心竞争力的关键,是高水平研究型大学肩负的历史使命。为此,大连理工大学提出了"131"综合改革计划,而教学模式改革是关键。本文以我校化工与环境生命类创新实验班主干课程《绿色化学前沿技术》为例,对拔尖创新人才培养目标导向下的本科课程的教学新模式进行探索。认为,拔尖创新人才培养应从以下四个方面着手:(1)课程内容着眼相关领域国际研究前沿和最新成果,与时俱进;(2)课堂教学与实验环节相结合;(3)摒弃传统硬盘存储式单向教学方法,探索案例式、启发式、讨论式教学方法,还可通过微课的引入,来提高学习兴趣和主动性;(4)建立综合考评新体系,加强创新精神、创新思维、创新能力的考查。

【Abstract】 The training of top innovative talent is the key for promoting the core competitiveness of our country,which is also the historical mission of a high level research university. Therefore,Dalian University of Technology(DUT) presents "131" comprehensive reform plan,and the key issue is the reform of teaching mode. In this paper,by taking the Course of "Emerging Technology for Green Chemistry" Towards Innovative Class of Faculty of Chemical,Environmental and Biological Science and Technology as an example,the new teaching and training mode have been explored. In my opinion,the following four issues have to be addressed to train the top innovative talent:(1) the course content should be based on the state of art of academic research;(2) Combing the class teaching and experimental training;(3) To abandon the traditional one-way teaching mode,and introduce the new mode including exploration case type,and heuristic,and discussion type teaching method,and introducing micro-class to improve learning interest and initiative;(4) To establish the integrated evaluation new system,and strengthen the assessment concerninginnovation spirit,and innovation thinking,and innovation capacity of study.
