【摘要】 随着研究生人数日益增多、培养类型多样化,专业学位与学术学位研究生分类培养。重庆医科大学自2012年起,专业学位硕士研究生"并轨"纳入住院医师规范化培训。在管理要求日益精细化的同时,传统管理方式的执行难度和人工成本均不断上升。信息化管理手段为专业学位研究生临床轮转提供新的思路,重庆医科大学口腔医学院结合口腔医学硕士专业学位研究生临床培养实际情况,初步构建了信息化临床轮转带教管理系统并进行实践,提高了专业学位硕士研究生临床轮转的教学质量与管理效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the increase in postgraduates numbers and more diversity in talent training types,classified cultivation of professional master and research master was carried out.Professional master has been involved in the system of standardization training of residents in Chongqing Medical University since 2012,which raises higher demand of management along with rising difficulty of execution and labor costs.Information management opens up new avenues for professional master’s rotation training method.Based on the practice of clinic teaching for professional master,rotation and training information management system was initially built and put into use in School of Stomatology of Chongqing Medical University,increasing both the quality of education and efficiency of management.更多还原
