【摘要】 目前,高校信息化的飞速发展促进了教师教学质量的提高,为了正确引导和评价教师教学水平,有效解决农林院校教师教学评价过程中所存在的问题,在分析现有教师教学质量评价不足的基础上,确定影响教师教学质量的重要因素,构建了跟农林类教师定位及发展目标相匹配的评价教师教学质量的指标体系,进而采用统计学学中的多因子分析法构建一个结构化的教师教学质量评价指标体系模型。实践结果表明,新建立的农林类教师教学质量评价指标体系覆盖面强,更具针对性和科学性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of information technology has promoted the improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities at present. In order to correctly guide and evaluate the teaching level,effectively solve the problems in the process of teaching evaluation of agricultural and forestry specialty,determine the impact of teaching quality on the basis of analyzing the insufficiency of the existing teaching quality evaluation and constructs the index system to evaluate teaching quality which matches the orientation of agricultural and forestry specialty teachers and their development goals then constructs a structured evaluation index system model of teaching quality by using multi-factor analytic method in statistics. The results show that the newly established teaching quality evaluation index system of agriculture and forestry specialty has strong coverage,more targeted and scientific.更多还原
