【Abstract】 The transition of teaching mode for "Enterprise Named Class" has strong demonstration effect at the key stage of transformation in local colleges. Post practice combining with the actual production of enterprise,so that the students can be really involved in the production of "Enterprise as Employees". So post practice is the most important part of practice training. How to manage the various resources is the basis of good effect can be obtained for post practice.
