外圆加工仿真在机械制造基础教学中的应用研究

【摘要】 针对机械制造基础课程中外圆表面加工方法进行三维仿真分析研究。探讨外圆表面加工方法的特点,给出三爪卡盘装夹条件下车削外圆的仿真方法,磨削阶梯轴外圆表面仿真方法和镗削支架外圆表面的仿真方法,分析外圆加工方法三维仿真的效果,得出外圆加工仿真可使外圆加工原理及特点简单化、直观化的结论。

【Abstract】 The 3D simulation of the cylindrical surface processing methods are analyzed. The characteristics of cylindrical surface processing method are researched. Then,the simulation method of turning cylindrical surface which clamped by a three jaw chuck is given. At last,simulation methods of grinding stepped shaft cylindrical surface and boring stent cylindrical surface are researched. From Analysis of cylindrical surface processing 3D simulation,we can get the conclusion that cylindrical surface processing simulation can not only simplify the cylindrical processing principle,but also improve the vivacity of the cylindrical processing characteristics.
