Sn0.9Ga0.1P2O7/聚苯醚复合电解质的中温电性能

【摘要】 本文合成了有机-无机复合电解质聚苯醚(PPO)/Sn0.9Ga0.1P2O7.XRD测试表明Sn0.9Ga0.1P2O7(SG10P)和PPO复合没有发生反应生成新物质,SEM图可以看出样品致密性良好.采用电化学工作站对SG10P-PPO的中温电性能(100350℃)进行了研究.结果表明,SG10P-PPO在干燥氧气气氛中在300℃达到最大值8.5×10-3S·cm-1.SG10P-PPO在300℃开路电压下的电解质阻抗、极化阻抗分别为16.02Ω·cm2、2.41·cm2.H2/O2燃料电池性能测试表明,在0.55 V时对应最大输出功率密度为38.3 mW cm-2.

【Abstract】 Firstly,the new organic-inorganic composite electrolyte PPO/Sn0.9Ga0.1P2O7 was prepared.XRD shows that there are only peaks corresponding well to Sn0.9Ga0.1P2O7,without any formation of other substances.SEM images show that composite electrolyte is sufficiently dense.The intermediate temperature conduction behaviors were investigated by AC impedance spectroscopy in the temperature range of 100350℃.The highest conductivity is observed to be8.5×10-3S·cm-1 for SG10 P-PPO in dry oxygen at 300℃.The ohmic resistance and interfacial polarization resistance of SG10P-PPO at 300℃under open circuit condition are 16.02Ω·cm2 and 2.41Ω·cm2,correspondingly.The H2/O2 fuel cell generates the maximum power density of 38.3 mW·cm-2 at 0.55V.
