【摘要】 目的了解合肥居民7类健康问题素养水平,探讨提高居民素养水平的途径和方法,为制定和评价合肥居民健康素养政策和干预措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法在合肥市5个区4个县的街道及乡镇抽取15~69岁居民共1352人,进行健康素养问卷调查。结果 7类健康问题素养由高到低依次为安全与急救(58.3%)、科学就医(52.7%)、健康信息(50.5%)、科学健康观(43.8%)、传染病防治(33.4%)、慢性病防治(12.6%)、基本医疗(10.7%)。城市居民健康素养水平高于农村居民,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同文化程度的居民的健康素养水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。年龄较低的居民健康素养水平高于年龄较大的居民,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应加强对合肥市城乡居民基本医疗、慢性病防治、传染病防治知识的宣传,以促进居民健康素养水平的全面提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the levels of seven types of health problems of health literacy among Hefei residents, and to explore ways and methods to improve the literacy level of Hefei residents, so as to provide evidence for formulating and evaluating the health literacy policy and intervention measures of Hefei residents. Methods A total of 1 352 residents aged 15-69 years in 5 districts and 4 counties in Hefei were investigated by multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling. Results Seven types of health literacy problems from high to low were emergency treatment(58.3%), scientific treatment(52.7%), medical science and health information(50.5%), scientific view of health(43.8%), prevention and treatment of infectious diseases(33.4%), chronic disease prevention and control(12.6%), basic medical care(10.7%). There were significant differences between urban residents with healthy literacy and those of rural residents(P<0.05). The difference of educational level was statistically significant(P<0.01). The health literacy level of the lower aged residents was higher than that of the older ones, and the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The propaganda on basic medical care, prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and prevention and control of infectious diseases among urban and rural residents in Hefei should be strengthened, and promote the awareness and ability of basic medical care, to promote the overall improvement of the health literacy level of the residents.更多还原
