面向异型插件机整机的结构优化设计

【摘要】 针对某异型插件机整机结构,结合尺寸优化、零件规格选择以及铸造工艺要求,提出一种多角度的优化设计方法。首先基于有限元法对设备整机进行模态分析,从振型中辨识出底座为整机动态性能的关键结构件。接着以底座结构一阶固有频率为目标函数,设计3种优化设计方案结构,以尺寸参数的选取范围为约束条件,进行优化设计。最后依据曲面响应图,权衡质量和目标函数,选取局部最优点。结果表明:对比原始结构整机,方案2的整机结构的低阶固有频率分别提升25%、14%、22%、26%、10%和9%,大大改善了整机的动态性能。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the whole structure of the odd-component inserter,it proposes an optimization method of structure design based on the parameter optimization,part specification and casting technique. It establishes the modal for the whole equipment,defines the substructure as the main part to the dynamic characteristic of the whole equipment,illustrates three optimization ideas such as the objective function and constraint condition based on the first order natural frequency and size range respectively. From the response surface chart,taking account of the mass and target function,it selects the local optimal value. Comparing to the original equipment,it shows the result: the natural frequency of the whole equipment are improved to 25%,14%,22%,26%,10% and 9%,and the dynamic property of equipment also is largely improved.
