超声切割系统的设计与优化

【摘要】 超声切割系统已日趋成熟,但对于异形复杂型面超声切割工具头的设计研究仍较少。采用传输矩阵法对超声切割系统的换能器及变幅杆进行了设计与计算,应用ANSYS软件进行模态分析,并对具有异形复杂型面的超声切割系统工具头进行了设计与优化,获得了在设计频率纵振模态下的工具头尺寸参数。

【Abstract】 Ultrasonic cutting system has become increasingly mature, but for the ultrasonic cutting tool head with complex shape is still less in design and research. The transducer and the amplitude transformer of the ultrasonic cutting system were designed and calculated by using the transmission matrices method. The modal analysis was carried out by using ANSYS software and the tool head of the ultrasonic cutting system with complex shape was designed and optimized to obtain the size and parameters of the tool head under vertical vibration mode in the designed frequency.
