【摘要】 为保持跑步机电机箱体内部的清洁,提升设备的运行稳定性、寿命及安全性,设计了跑步机电机箱体自动除尘系统,通过分析灰尘的特点,提出增加扬灰装置的改进方案。测试结果表明,改进后的自动除尘系统有效避免了电机箱体内部的积尘情况,达到了预期的除尘效果,并获得了国家实用新型专利。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to keep the internal cleanness of the treadmill motor cabinet and improve the running stability, service life and safety of the equipment, the automatic dust removal system for the treadmill motor cabinet was designed. And through the analysis of the dust characteristics, an improved program with additional dust separator was proposed. The test results show that the improved automatic dust removal system can effectively avoid dust deposition within the motor cabinet, while achieving the expected dust removal effect and obtaining the national patent of utility model.更多还原
