基于非均匀有理B样条插值及等残留高度法的光学自由曲面刀具轨迹规划
Tool Path Planning for Optical Free-form Surface Based on NURBS Interpdation Method & Equal Residual Height Method
【摘要】 鉴于光学自由曲面存在非回转对称、不规则、难以用统一数学方程式描述的特点,提出了基于非均匀有理B样条插值理论的光学自由曲面构造方法。在此基础上,将传统等残留高度法与非均匀有理B样条插值方法相结合,得到一种改良的光学自由曲面加工刀具轨迹规划方法。
【Abstract】 In view of the difficulties to describe the optical free-form surface with unified mathematical equations due to the existence of non-rotational symmetry and irregularity, the structuring method for optical free-form surface was put forward based on NURBS interpolation theory. On the basis of this, an improved method for tool path planning in processing of optical free-form surface was obtained by combining traditional equal residual height method and NURBS interpolation method.
