雾化降尘水炮文丘里喷管的参数设计

【摘要】 在煤矿、码头、建筑工地等开放式场所,雾化降尘水炮是治理扬尘的重要设备。文丘里喷管是水炮喷嘴的重要部件,其结构参数决定了雾化液滴粒径的大小,进而决定了除尘效率。对文丘里喷管进行详细结构设计,结合试验得到了雾滴平均粒径与气压的关系。所设计的文丘里喷管可使50%雾化液滴的粒径小于10μm,提高了水炮降尘的效率。

【Abstract】 In coal mines, docks, construction sites and other open sites, water cannon for atomization and dust suppression is an important device for dust emission control. Venturi nozzle is an important part of the nozzle in water cannon, its structure parameters determine the particle size of atomized droplet, and thus determine the dust removal efficiency. The detailed design of the Venturi was carried out, and the relationship between the average particle diameter of the droplet and the atmospheric pressure was obtained.The design of the Venturi nozzle can make the particle size of 50% atomized droplet less than 10 μm, the dust suppression efficiency of the water cannon is improved.
