多硬度淬硬钢铣削加工的三维数值模拟
3D Numerical Simulation of the Milling Process for Quenched Electroplated with Steel with Multi-hardness
【摘要】 应用斜角铣削过程中的三维热-力耦合模型,对多硬度拼接淬硬钢铣削加工过程进行数值模拟,得到了铣削过程中的切削力、切削温度,在此基础上分析了切削过程中切削速度、切削深度、刃倾角对切削力变化的影响。切削过程的三维数值模拟为多硬度淬硬钢铣削加工过程的工艺参数选择及刀具几何参数的合理确定提供了参考。
【Abstract】 The 3D thermo-mechanical coupling model in bevel milling process was used to perform a numerical simulation of the milling process of multi-hardness spliced quenched steel, so that the cutting force and cutting temperature during milling were obtained. On this basis, the impacts of cutting speed,cutting depth and angular tilt to the cutting force were analyzed. The 3D numerical simulation of the cutting process could provide a reference for the selection of the process parameters and the rational determination of the geometrical parameters of the cutting tools during milling of the multi-hardness quenched steel.
