湿法脱硫如何导致大面积雾霾
How Wet Desulfurization Cause Large Area Smog
【摘要】 湿法脱硫技术从国外引进后,由于各种原因,烟气换热器(GGH)被取消,造成燃煤湿烟气低空、低温排放,成为中国大面积雾霾产生的一个重要诱因。根据对湿法脱硫前后颗粒物变化的研究,脱硫后细颗粒物数量(PM2.5以下)增加400多倍!这些超细颗粒物与湿烟气混在一起,成为雾霾的核心,同时,在排向空中后,与空气中其它不凝气体吸附在一起,形成"团状颗粒物",在静稳和逆温环境下,这些"团状颗粒物"不断累积,很快形成重度雾霾。地方环保部门已经开始对湿法脱硫烟气排放的问题开始采取措施,但如果要迅速消除或减轻雾霾,必须对湿法脱硫烟气排放进行全面治理。
【Abstract】 After wet desulfurization technology was introduced to China, due to some reasons, one of key elements Gas Gas Heater(GGH) was removed. This caused wet flue gas emitting to lower altitude with lower temperature, which became one of key causes of heavy smog occurred in recent years in China. According to a researcher in Huadian Electric Power Research Institute, the number of small particulates(PM2.5 and below) was increased more than 400 times after wet desulfurization. These super tiny particulates, mixed in wet flue gas, formed the core of smog. They then glue with other gas like CO2, NOx, etc. in the air and form more secondary particulates. Under stable weather condition or temperature inversion, the heavy smog could be formed rapidly. Local environmental protection agencies in China have already began to take actions to deal with this problem. However, to abate heavy smog more efficiently, it is imperative to further clean up wetflue gas emitted from wet desulfurization.
