LX和15-epi-LXA 4在炎症消退中的作用
Roles of LX and 15-epi-LXA 4 in Inflammation Resolution
【摘要】 机体诸多疾病均与炎症反应相关,炎症反应的消退可由多种内源性脂质介质进行高度调节。其中,脂氧素(lipoxins,LX)和LX差向异构体(15-epi-LXA 4)由花生四烯酸脂氧合酶(lipoxygenase,LO)代谢途径衍生而得,它们通过对白细胞和血管上皮细胞等发挥生物活性,以终止炎症并促进炎症消散。文章主要就LX和15-epi-LXA 4在机体呼吸、循环、消化、泌尿和内分泌等各个系统相关疾病,以及原虫、细菌、病毒感染等传染病和癌症等常见难治病中的作用进行综述,以期推进促炎消散技术在临床治疗中的应用。
【Abstract】 Many diseases are associated with inflammatory response,the regression of which is highly regulated by various endogenous lipid mediators.Among them,lipoxins(LX)and LX epimers(15-epi-LXA 4)are derived from the lipoxygenase(LO)pathway of arachidonic acid metabolism.They exert biological activities against leukocytes and vascular epithelial cells to terminate inflammation and to promote inflammation resolution.In order to promote the clinical application of inflammatory resolution techniques,this article reviews the roles of LX and 15-epi-LXA 4 in multiple diseases related to respiratory,circulatory,digestive,urinary and endocrine systems,as well as in viral,bacterial and protozoan infections and cancers.
