【摘要】 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)及其相关指标对肝细胞癌患者总生存率的影响。方法临床纳入2005年1月—2015年12月某三甲医院住院期间首次确诊的肝癌患者共463例。采用单因素(log-rank检验)及多因素(Cox比例风险回归)生存分析方法。结果存活组与死亡组的血糖波动相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用单因素log-rank检验发现空腹血糖水平、低血糖的发生、T2DM病程、使用胰岛素均与T2DM合并肝癌患者的生存率有关(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM及其相关指标可能是肝癌患者预后不良的独立因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) on the overall survival rate of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). And its correlation with the overall survival rate of patients with T2 DM complicated with HCC. Methods A total of 463 patients with HCC admitted to our hospital from January 2005 to December 2015 were enrolled in this study. Univariate and multivariate survival analysis were selected. Results There was a significant difference between the survival group and the death group(P<0.05). Fasting blood glucose, hypoglycemia, duration of diabetes, and insulin use were associated with survival in patients with T2 DM complicated with HCC(P<0.05). Conclusion T2 DM and related indexes may be independent prognostic factors in patients with HCC.更多还原
