PBL结合LBL教学法在消化内科临床教学中的运用探索
Application of PBL Combined With LBL Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Gastroenterology
【摘要】 目的分析PBL结合LBL教学法在消化内科临床教学中的运用。方法选择本院2014年9月—2016年1月在消化内科中见习的临床医学本科生60名作为研究对象,将其分为研究组(30名)和对照组(30名);研究组行PBL+LBL教学,对照组行传统LBL教学,分析两组教学效果。结果在分析能力中,研究组优良率为90.00%(27/30),比对照组的66.67%(20/30)高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在满意度方面,对照组为70.00%(21/30),比研究组的93.33%(28/30)低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL结合LBL教学法在消化内科临床教学中,可提升学生自学及分析问题的能力,效果良好。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application of PBL combined with LBL teaching in clinical teaching of gastroenterology. Methods 60 clinical undergraduates in gastroenterology department from September 2014 to January 2016 were enrolled in the study group(30 students) and control group(30 students). The study group was taught with PBL + LBL teaching method, the control group was taught with traditional LBL teaching, the teaching results were analyzed. ResultsThe excellent and good rate of analysis ability in the study group was 90.00%(27/30), higher than 66.67%(20/30) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the satisfaction rate was 70.00%(21/30) in the control group, lower than 93.33%(28/30) in the study group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with LBL teaching in clinical teaching of gastroenterology can improve students’ ability of self-study and problem analysis, with good results.
