【摘要】 临床见习是医学生从理论走向临床实践的重要起始站,其意义重大。目前临床见习教学资源相对不足,教学形式相对呆板,学生学习兴趣不高,不能带动良好的学习积极性和互动性,从而使得临床见习教学质量下降,教学管理部门、教师和学生三方面都不满意的现状,临床见习教学意义甚至受到质疑。借助盛行的网络通讯媒介,融入微课程和微学习现代教育新理念,以微课程为形式,通过网络通讯平台,加强教师与学生的互动探讨,充分调动医学生的学习积极性和参与性,充分体现了微课程与微学习的相互结合,改变了传统教学空间和时间的限制,作为丰富临床见习教学的新形式,有助于提升临床见习教学的品质与效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical probation is an important starting point for medical students from theory to clinical practice, which is of great significance. At present, the clinical probation teaching resources are relatively insufficient, the teaching form is relatively rigid, the students’ interest in learning is not high, it could not drive the enthusiasm and interactivity of good learning, so that the quality of clinical probation teaching declines, the teaching management department, teachers and students are not satisfied with the status, the significance of clinical probation teaching is even questioned. With the popular network communication media, modern education new ideas such as the microlecture and microlearning are used. Through the network communication platform, microlecture as a form is uesd to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and participation of medical students, to fully reflect the microlecture and microlearning combination, to change the traditionalteaching space and time constraints.
