【摘要】 目的观察替吉奥口服化疗治疗晚期恶性胃肠道肿瘤的近期疗效及不良反应。方法对33例有可测量病灶的晚期胃肠道肿瘤进行标准剂量替吉奥单药口服化疗,按体表面积予不同化疗剂量,连续给药14 d,停止7 d为1个周期,每2个周期评估,观察其近期疗效及不良反应。结果 33例患者中部分缓解PR 4例、稳定SD 21例、进展PD 8例,客观有效率12.1%,疾病控制率75.8%。最常见的不良反应为血液学毒性、肝损害、胃肠道反应及皮肤色素沉着等。结论替吉奥单药治疗晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤近期疗效肯定,具有安全、低毒、便利等优势,延缓肿瘤进展,改善生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of oral S-1 chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal malignant tumor. Methods 33 cases of advanced gastrointestinal cancer with measurable disease standard dose of tegafur oral chemotherapy, different doses of chemotherapy were deposited on the body surface, 14 d was given continuously, 7 d was stopped for 1 cycle, and every 2 cycles was evaluated, and its short-term effect and adverse reaction were observed. Results Of the 33 cases, 4 cases of PR were relieved, 21 cases were stable SD, and 8 cases were progresses in PD. The objective effective rate was 12.1%, and the disease control rate was 75.8%. The most common adverse reactions were hematological toxicity, liver damage, gastrointestinal reaction and skin pigmentation, etc. Conclusion Tegafur in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal malignant tumor in recent curative effect, low toxicity, has the advantages of safety, convenience and other advantages, delay the progress of tumor, improve the quality of life.更多还原
