小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的检测与心血管疾病的诊断应用

【摘要】 目的探究小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平在心血管疾病中的诊断意义。方法选取我院心内科60例冠心病患者作为观察组,其中稳定性心绞痛患者30例,心肌梗死患者30例,同时选取我院体检中心的健康体检者30例作为对照组,分别对两组参与者进行清晨空腹采集静脉血,测定其中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(sdLDL-C)、总胆固醇的水平并进行组间比较。结果观察组患者的LDL-C、sdLDL-C及TC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);且在观察组内,心肌梗死患者的各项指标要高于稳定性心绞痛患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小而密低密度脂蛋白的水平检测对于心血管疾病的诊断具有重要意义且与疾病的严重程度呈正相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of small dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in cardiovascular disease. Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease in our department of cardiology were selected as observation group, including 30 patients with stable angina pectoris and 30 patients with myocardial infarction, at the same time, 30 healthy examinees were selected as control group, venous blood samples were collected from two groups in early morning fasting, the levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), small dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(sdLDL-C), and total cholesterol were measured and compared between the groups. Results The levels of LDL-C, sdLDL-C and TC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05); and in the observation group, the indicators of patients with myocardial infarction were higher than that of patients with stable angina pectoris, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The detection of small dense low-density lipoprotein levels is important for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases and positively correlated with the severity of the disease.
