【摘要】 目的探讨切开复位微型钢板内固定术治疗掌指关节周围部位创伤骨折的效果及对患者TNF、IL-6及IL-10水平的影响。方法将我院2016年1—12月接治的68例掌指关节周围部位创伤骨折患者,依照自愿原则分为两组,对照组应用克氏针内固定术进行治疗,研究组应用切开复位微型钢板内固定术治疗。结果研究组患者手术结果优于对照组患者(P<0.05);两组患者炎症因子各指标干预前并无明显区别,干预后,研究组患者TNF、IL-6及IL-10水平优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论切开复位微型钢板内固定术治疗效果较为显著,减少手术时间,缩短愈合时间,保证患者治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of open reduction and mini plate internal fixation in the treatment of traumatic fractures around the metacarpophalangeal joint and its influence on the levels of TNF,IL-6 and IL-10.Methods From January to December 2016,68 cases of metacarpophalangeal joint trauma patients around the site,in accordance with the principle of voluntary were divided into two groups,the control group were treated by internal fixation with Kirschner wire group,application of mini plate internal fixation for treatment.Results The effect of study group patients was better than the control group(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups before the intervention of inflammatory factors.After the intervention,the levels of TNF,IL-6 and IL-10 in the study group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Open reduction and mini plate internal fixation is more effective in reducing the operation time,shortening the healing time,and ensuring the treatment effect.更多还原
