【摘要】 随着医学影像技术水平的不断提高,医学影像学已经成为发展最迅速、科技含量最高、应用最普遍的临床检查技术之一。泰山医学院通过承办全国医学影像技术实践技能大赛,对实践教学体系、实践教学平台、教师实践能力、学生学习创新能力、学院管理体系及各方面合作进行了探索,对医学影像技术专业创新人才培养模式进行了有益的尝试。实践证明,通过参加及举办技能比赛增强了实践教学体系软硬件的建设,加强了教师科研教学业务素质的提高,促进了学生实践动手能力的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the technical level improving,medical imaging has become one of the most rapidly developing clinical examination technology with high content of science and technology and the most common application.Strengthening practice teaching,cultivating students’ practical ability and innovative spirit,promote the students’ knowledge,ability,quality and coordinated development is the goal of undergraduate education.In this paper we concentrate on the studying and practicing on innovation of the talent tultivation mode for Medical Imaging Technology.By hosting the national medical imaging technology practice skills competition Taishan Medical University do some research on the practice teaching system,practice teaching platform,teachers’ practical ability,students’ learning ability,college management system and industry association cooperation.The results has proved that competition has made remarkable achievements.The teaching achievement has been recognized by the society.更多还原
