【摘要】 目的分析中医推拿手法治疗寰枢椎错位颈性眩晕的临床效果。方法选择我院自2014年3月—2017年3月收治的寰枢椎错位颈性眩晕患者60例作为研究对象。所有患者均给予中医推拿手法治疗,分析其治疗效果。结果治疗后,患者的总有效率为93.33%(56/60)。患者治疗前后各项积分对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前双侧齿突侧块间距为(0.79±0.21)mm,大于治疗后的(0.49±0.21)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论要有效将寰枢椎错位颈性眩晕所致的症状进行改善,可采用中医推拿手法进行治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine massage with manipulation on the cervical vertigo of atlantoaxial vertebra. Methods 60 patients with atlantoaxial dislocation cervical vertigo treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects. All patients were given traditional Chinese medicine massage treatment, analysis of the treatment effect. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.33%(56/60). Before and after treatment, the scores were compared, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Before treatment, the distance between the bilateral odontoid processes was(0.79±0.21) mm, which was greater than that of the treatment(0.49±0.21) mm, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The symptoms of cervical vertigo can be improved by means of Chinese medicine massage.更多还原
