【摘要】 目的通过分析安徽省某三级甲等医院内科住院医师规范化培训技能考核成绩,获取经验以进一步完善住院医师规范化培训模式及考核体系,达到培养目标。方法分别于2015年及2016年对我院参加内科住院医师规范化培训满18个月的规培医师,应用OSCE考核系统进行临床技能中期考核,比较不同年度、不同学历和不同性别的学员考核表现。结果 2016年度参加考核的规培医师在病例分析、急救技能、体格检查、影像诊断和心电图判读各方面成绩均高于2015年,研究生学历的规培生在考核中成绩高于本科学历的规培生,其总体通过率亦高于本科学历的规培生,而男女在各项考核中的成绩及总体通过率无差异。结论三甲医院内科住院医生规范化培训中需加强临床思维能力的培养,本科生理论课教学需要进一步改革,OSCE考核系统有待改进和完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the results of clinical skill test of internal medicine residents in the first-class hospital of Anhui province,learn more experience to further improve the resident standardized training mode and examination system,to reach the objectives of the training goal.Methods OSCE check system was applied to conduct mid-term clinical skills examination.The examinees were the standardized training physician in our hospital for 18 months in 2015 and 2016 respectively.The scores between different year,educational degree and sex were compared.Results In 2016 the exam results were better than 2015,including the following aspects:case analysis,first aid skills,physical examination,imaging diagnosis and electrocardiogram interpretation.Candidates with graduate degree were better than those with bachelor’s degree in all aspects,the overall pass rate was also higher than bachelor’s degree.There was no difference between male and female candidates in all aspects and overall pass rate.Conclusion The cultivation of clinical thinking ability needs to be strengthened in the resident standardized training of the first-class hospital.The teaching of undergraduate theory course needs further reform.The OSCE assessment system needs to be improved and perfected.更多还原
