【摘要】 目的分析现代小切口囊外白内障摘除术和超声乳化白内障摘除术应用效果对照。方法将2013年1月—2016年1月200例白内障患者作为研究对象并抽签分组,分为小切口组和超乳组,两组分别为100例。小切口组采用现代小切口囊外白内障摘除术,超乳组采用超声乳化白内障摘除术。结果小切口组治疗总有效率高于超乳组,小切口组为95.00%,超乳组为96.00%,P>0.05;两组患者术后1天的角膜中央厚度均有增厚,超乳组增厚明显,与小切口组对比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论现代小切口囊外白内障摘除术应用效果和超声乳化白内障摘除术相似,均可改善视力,但对于硬核白内障,现代小切口囊外摘除手术更具优势,对角膜厚度、视神经纤维层的影响更小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of extracapsular cataract extraction and phacoemulsification with small incision. Methods From January 2013 to January 2016, 200 cases of cataract patients were divided into small incision group and phacoemulsification group. There were 100 cases in two groups. The small incision group was treated with extracapsular cataract extraction with small incision, and phacoemulsification group was treated with phacoemulsification in the phacoemulsification group.
