【摘要】 为进一步提高口腔医学专业学位研究生临床胜任力,完善专业学位研究生的"双轨"教育,我院初步实行仿生模拟教学体系、"PBL"教学体系、"双创"教学体系、健康人文教育体系多元化教学体系及实践技能考核系统、转科考核系统、双评调查问卷考评体系,这对于转变人才培养理念,推进研究生学习医学知识、熟练临床技能、转换社会角色、调动团队协作、提高自我约束能力、提升社会交际等教育教学改革具有积极的推动作用。为持续提升医疗卫生服务能力和水平,更好地服务医药卫生体制改革和卫生计生事业发展提供有力支撑。更多还原
