【摘要】 目的探讨儿童巨细胞病毒IgM阳性相关的疾病及其临床表现。方法选取2016年1月—2017年2月病毒DNA PCR诊断证实的巨细胞病毒感染患儿116例,对患儿相关临床资料进行综合分析。结果6个月内CMV患儿约为总数11.21%,12个月以上CMV患儿约为69.83%;CMV患儿发病率以秋冬季节较高;无症状感染患儿占总病例的51.72%,感染疾病类型包括CNS、耳聋、肝炎、肺炎、脉络膜视网膜炎、MS、胃肠道疾病及血液系统损害,其构成比分别为0.86%、5.17%、6.03%、1.72%、7.76%、9.49%、11.21%和6.04%。MS临床表现为眼睑浮肿、鼻塞、严重不适与发热,伴外周血淋巴细胞总数及异形淋巴细胞比率增加,或有头痛、肌痛、腹痛及腹泻等症状。结论儿童巨细胞病毒感染临床发病率较高,以12月以上儿童居多,具有感染疾病种类多的特点,严重危害儿童健康,CMV IgM抗体检测对CMV疾病诊断有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features of cytomegalovirus positive IgM related diseases in children. Methods From January 2016 to February 2017, 116 children with cytomegalovirus infection confirmed by DNA PCR diagnosis were selected, related clinical data of children were analyzed comprehensively. Results Within 6 months, CMV was approximately 11.21%, and CMV was approximately 69.83% in children over 12 months;The incidence of CMV in children is higher in autumn and winter season; Asymptomatic children accounted for 51.72% of the total cases, types of infectious diseases include CNS, deafness, hepatitis, pneumonia, retinitis, MS, gastrointestinal diseases and hematological system damage, constituent ratios were 0.86%, 5.17%, 6.03%, 1.72%, 7.76%, 9.49%, 11.21% and 6.04%. MS was characterized by edema of eyelids, stuffy nose, severe discomfort and fever, the number of lymphocytes and the ratio of abnormal lymphocytes increased with the symptoms of headache, myalgia, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Conclusion The clinical incidence of CMV infection in children is higher than that in children in December, characterized by a wide variety of infectious diseases, the detection of CMV and IgM antibodies plays a guiding role in the diagnosis of CMV disease.更多还原
