浅谈沙盘游戏治疗在改善医学生心理状态中的应用价值

【摘要】 目的临床实习阶段的医学生对复杂的医患关系无所适从,在医患沟通技能上缺乏应对策略,出现焦虑、抑郁等心理状态甚至出现焦虑症、抑郁症等疾病状态,影响正常的学习及临床实习工作。方法在临床生产实习的医学生中开展焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS-20)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS-20)的测定,全面评估临床实习阶段医学生的心理状态,对存在焦虑、抑郁问题的医学生进行沙盘游戏治疗。结果沙盘游戏治疗显著改善医学生心理状态,焦虑比例及抑郁比例明显下降,严重程度明显减轻。结论沙盘游戏治疗具有科学性、可信性。

【Abstract】 Objective The medical students in clinical practice stage are confused about the complicated doctor-patient relationship, including the doctor-patient communication skills, lacking of coping strategies, anxiety, depression and other mental state, and even anxiety disorders, depression and other diseases, which affect normal learning and clinical practice. Methods Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS-20) and Self-rating depression scale(SDS-20) were measured in the clinical practice of medical students, to evaluate the psychological status of medical students in clinical practice stage, sandplay therapy was applied to medical students who had anxiety and depression problems. Results Sandplay therapy significantly improved the psychological status of the medical students, and the proportion of anxiety and depression decreased significantly, and the severity was significantly reduced. Conclusion Sandplay therapy is scientific and credible.
