【摘要】 目的探究儿科PICU病房的镇静护理要点及应用意义。方法选取我院2015年5月—2016年7月儿科PICU病房患儿108例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组实施常规护理;镇静组在对照组基础上给予镇静护理。比较两组患者镇静效果,镇静评分、机械通气时间、抗生素应用时间、住院时间,家长护理满意度。结果镇静组患者镇静效果优于对照组(P<0.05);镇静组镇静评分、机械通气时间、抗生素应用时间、住院时间优于对照组(P<0.05);镇静组家长护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿科PICU病房的镇静护理非常重要,应用效果确切,可有效提高镇静效果,缩短机械通气时间、抗生素应用时间、住院时间,提高家长满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the main points and application of sedation in pediatric PICU ward. Methods A total of 108 children with PICU in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care, while the sedation group received sedation nursing on the basis of the control group. The sedative effect, sedation score, mechanical ventilation time, antibiotic application time, length of stay in two groups were compared. Results The sedation group sedation effect is higher than the control group(P<0.05). The sedation score, duration of mechanical ventilation, antibiotics time, hospitalization time better than the control group(P<0.05). The sedation group satisfaction is higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing of pediatric sedation in PICU ward is very important, application effect, can effectively improve the sedative effect, shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation, antibiotics time, hospitalization time, improve customer satisfaction.更多还原
