【摘要】 目的分析孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效和安全性。方法选择2014年8月—2016年3月我院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿84例。所有患儿均给予一般治疗。对照组加用布地奈德雾化剂。观察组则加用布地奈德雾化剂与孟鲁司特钠。结果观察组治疗后痊愈率76.2%,有效率19.0%,无效率4.8%,优于对照组(57.1%、26.2%、16.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.8%(恶心与声音嘶哑各1例),与对照组的7.1%(嗜睡、轻度头晕及恶心各1例)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效优于单用孟鲁司特钠,且并不增加不良反应,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Methods 84 cases of pediatric patients with cough variant asthma admitted in our hospital from August 2014 to March 2016 were enrolled in this study. All children were given general treatment. The control group was treated with budesonide aerosol. While the observation group was treated with budesonide aerosol and montelukast sodium. Results After treatment, cure rate in observation group the was 76.2%, the effective rate was 19.0%, and the inefficiency rate was 4.8%, the results were statistically significant higher(P<0.05) than that in control group(57.1%, 26.2%, 16.7%). Compared the adverse reactions rate in control group and observation group(7.1% of control group: 1 case mild dizziness, 1 case nausea and 1 case somnolence; 4.8% of observation group: 1 case nausea and 1 case hoarseness) there was no significant difference(P>0.05). ConclusionMontelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of pediatric with cough variant asthma is better than montelukast sodium alone, moreover, the treatment is safe and not increase adverse drug reactions.更多还原
