【摘要】 目的探讨小剂量糖皮质激素对ⅢA型前列腺炎患者的辅助治疗作用。方法对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用口服醋酸泼尼松片。比较分析两组ⅢA型前列腺炎患者的治疗效果以及治疗前后的症状改善、生活质量改善程度。结果小剂量糖皮质激素对于ⅢA型前列腺炎的辅助治疗以及改善所出现的不适及生活质量有显著效果,研究组临床疗效显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论常规治疗基础上加用小剂量糖皮质激素可显著提高ⅢA型前列腺炎患者临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of low dose glucocorticoid on patients with type Ⅲ A prostatitis. Methods The control group was given conventional treatment, the study group was treated with oral Prednisone Acetate Tablets on the basis of routine treatment. To compare the therapeutic effects of two groups of patients with type Ⅲ A prostatitis and to improve the quality of life before and after treatment. Results The effect of small dose glucocorticoid on the treatment of type Ⅲ A prostatitis and the discomfort and quality of life were significantly improved. The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Based on the routine treatment, the use of small doses of glucocorticoids can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of type Ⅲ A prostatitis.更多还原
