【摘要】 目的探讨左心室肥厚的心电图检查结果及应用意义。方法选取我院收治的经超声心动图诊断为左心室肥大的患者60例作为研究对象,对其实施心电图检查,回顾患者的心电图诊断结果,并对其诊断符合率进行计算。结果经心电图检查,共检出左心室肥厚患者55例,将其与超声心动图诊断结果进行对照,符合率为91.67%。其中,RⅠ+SⅢ异常患者2例,占3.64%;RV5异常患者21例,占38.18%;Rav L异常患者8例,占14.55%;Rav F异常患者1例,占1.82%;RV5+Sv1异常患者14例,占25.45%,以RV5异常患者占比最高,高于其他异常的患者(P<0.05)。结论心电图诊断左心室肥厚操作简单、快捷,诊断准确率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the left ventricular hypertrophy of electrocardiogram test results and application significance. Methods 60 patients with left ventricular hypertrophy were as the research object were selected our hospital by echocardiography diagnosis, the implementation of ecg examination, review the patient’s ecg diagnosis, and the diagnosis coincidence rate to calculate. Results After ECG examination, 55 patients with left ventricular hypertrophy were detected, and compared with echocardiographic diagnosis, the coincidence rate was 91.67%. The patients with abnormal RⅠ +S Ⅲ in 2 cases, accounting for 3.64%, 21 cases of patients with abnormal RV5, accounting for 38.18%, 8 cases of patients with abnormal Rav L, accounting for 14.55%, 1 cases of patients with abnormal Rav F, accounting for 1.82%, 14 cases of patients with abnormal RV5+Sv1, accounting for 25.45%, in patients with abnormal RV5 accounted for the highest, higher than that in patients with other abnormalities(P<0.05). Conclusion The ECG diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy operation is simple, fast, high diagnostic accuracy, worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
