【摘要】 目的探讨治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期时引入中药汤剂的效果。方法选择110例慢阻肺急性加重期患者,对比组提供常规西药治疗;研究组采用西药联合中药汤剂治疗。结果研究组治疗总有效率94.55%,高于对比组78.18%,研究组治疗后血糖分压高于对比组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引入中药治疗可有效提升临床治疗效果,并改善血气指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of introducing traditional Chinese medicine decoction in treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 110 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the western medicine group was treated with western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the contrast group of 78.18%.The blood pressure of the study group was significantly higher than that of the contrast group after treatment,and the data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe introduction of traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,and improve blood gas index.更多还原
