【摘要】 目的探讨桥本甲状腺炎患者超声诊断后获得的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年1月-2016年12月收治的168例桥本甲状腺炎患者作为实验对象;所有患者选择超声方法进行桥本甲状腺炎疾病检查,回顾性分析所有桥本甲状腺炎患者疾病诊断结果。结果在所有桥本甲状腺炎患者中,属于0级的患者8例,属于Ⅰ级的患者40例,属于Ⅱ级的患者64例,属于Ⅲ级的患者56例。结论选择超声方法对桥本甲状腺炎患者展开疾病诊断,使甲状腺内部回声情况以及患者的血流情况有效明确,有利于早期研究针对性方案对桥本甲状腺炎患者展开疾病治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound diagnosis in patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Methods 168 cases of Hashimoto’s disease patients from January 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital were treated as experimental objects; for all patients in clinical ultrasound method imple mentation of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis disease examination, all patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis disease diagnosis results were retrospective analyzed. Results In all patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, 8 cases belonged to grade 0, 40 cases belonging to grade Ⅰ, 64 cases belonging to grade Ⅱ, 56 cases belonged to grade Ⅲ. Conclusion Ultrasound methods in diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis disease spread, the internal echo and blood flow in patients with thyroid patients can effectively clear, culminating in the early research on scheme of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients with disease treatment.更多还原
